Experienced Conveyancer based in the South West and looking for a better work / life balance?

For this role you’ll know the conveyancing process like the back of your hand and deliver a personal, efficient, and unrivalled level of customer service to clients. You’ll communicate with ease among internal and external stakeholders in order to strengthen those relationships. You’ll be checking documentation, mortgage offers and search results with a fine tooth comb so you can identify risks and keep the conveyancing process as short as possible

.

As a bonus, you won’t be burdened with unnecessary tasks, admin and post-completion teams take care of them for you. You’ll be able to focus your time on the things you enjoy, do best and deliver the most benefit to your clients.

A basic salary based on experience - £35k - £42k + bonus based on completions plus all the technology that you need to work from home.
